Terms of use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms apply whenever you use Puzzleroo. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

Puzzleroo offers free daily puzzles, with scores, streaks, leaderboards and private leagues. We may add, change or remove games and features. We try to keep the site running and the puzzles correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

2. Your account

3. Display names and leagues

Display names and league names are public. They must not be offensive, hateful, sexual or threatening, must not pretend to be someone else or to be Puzzleroo staff, and must not advertise anything. We may remove a name, or hide a player from the leaderboards, without notice.

4. Fair play

You agree not to:

Results that look implausible may be kept off the leaderboards while they are reviewed. We may remove scores, or close an account, where these terms have been broken.

5. Our content

The games, puzzles, text and design of Puzzleroo belong to us or are used under licence (see attributions). You may play them for your own enjoyment and share your results. You may not reproduce the puzzles or the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. No prizes

Puzzleroo is for fun. Scores, streaks and leaderboard places have no monetary value and there are no prizes.

7. Advertising and links

The site is funded by advertising. We are not responsible for the content of adverts or of other websites they or we link to.

8. Our responsibility to you

The site is provided free of charge and “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including lost progress, streaks or scores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects your rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will say so on the site. Carrying on using Puzzleroo after a change means you accept it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
